Sandi has been a great personal trainer in supporting my training objectives. She responded to my needs in the best possible way, motivated me, was always available, and helped me when I had questions. The program is very varied and super-efficient – you never get bored. I've been able to see continual improvement from my sessions!
I have tried several times to exercise regularly, but I never managed to keep it up for long until I met Sandi. Since that moment, I have regularly trained because the workouts are varied and personalized to what I like. In addition, Sandi truly understands my needs and knows how to motivate me. I have never enjoyed training so much!
I will start by saying that I can't thank Sandi enough! Through the personal training with her, I have not only lost 10kg but also learned a lot about myself. In the past, when I wanted to lose weight, I always set very unrealistic goals and tried to force myself with strict diets and hours of cardio training.
With Sandi, I've learned that the training has to be adapted to me. The right exercises and the right intensity make the difference. Strict diets don't work little lifestyle changes make the difference in the long run.
Thanks to Sandi I have learned that it is much easier to work towards your desired goal if and have patience and consistency and if you truly embrace yourself, no matter how much you weigh.
I used to be a real sports slacker but now I have found the joy of exercise. It is a great feeling to feel good in your own body. Thanks to Sandi's dedication I've managed to change my mindset and now I feel very comfortable in my "new me".
I already knew before giving birth that I would have liked to train with Sandi. I started the online training about 6 weeks after giving birth.The personalized program is great. I love to dedicate time for myself while still being present for my daughter. I celebrated my first success only after 1.5 months when Sandi sent me a photo and showed me what I had already achieved thanks to the training.
I have been training with Sandra since March 2020. Iin the beginning, my goal was to get fitter again after pregnancy. After having three children I didn't feel comfortable in my body anymore and I looked somehow pregnant even after two years after the birth of my son. I tried training but my belly did not get smaller, rather bigger.
I was diagnosed by the doctor that I would have to operate on my abdominal muscles. During the operation, the abdominal muscle wall would be tightened and after two years I could laser the scars from the operation away. That had a cost of 30.000€.
I was afraid of the operation and the scars, so I told Sandi what the doctor had in mind for me. She was very empathetic and said she would first try training together and if it would not work I could still consider the operation. I started straight after, what did I have to lose? We trained for less than two months and my body feeling and my appearance have changed completely!
Not only I've saved 30.000€ but I feel now the best version of myself. I never thought that I could have such a body feeling again after three pregnancies. It just feels good to feel yourself and to feel comfortable in your own skin. I can only recommend Sandi!
