1-hour Training Session


You don’t know what type of exercise to do? Which areas of the body to focus on? Or you are just curious to try a new experience and train with an ex-Olympian athlete?

It doesn’t matter if you are thinking about jump-starting your current training program or you have decided to start a new healthy lifestyle, working out with me will bring your workout session to the next level.

As an ex-Olympian athlete, and professional personal trainer, specialized also in prenatal and postnatal training, I guarantee the highest level of accountability and a 1-hour session only with exercises customized to your need.

I will guide you throughout the entire session ensuring and helping you to stay motivated and focused.

1:1 training with me is best for you if want to:

  • make sure you do the exercises the proper way all the time
  • learn better techniques or change your workout routine
  • assess your current training program or bring it to the next level
  • prevent any pain or you have special needs due to former injury
  • stay motivated and focused throughout the session
  • experience something new and workout with an ex-Olympian athlete
