Discovery call & Anamnesis

This is where you speak to me and where we get to know each other. To make sure you get the results you deserve, we will dig deep to find out your motivations, current concerns, goals and lifestyle you desire, as well as why they are so important to you.

STEP 2

Personalized program & Onboarding

Your personalized program consists of a fully tailored training plan with video explanations and nutritional guidance. I don’t just send you the training program and you’re good to go. No, I go with you step by step through the new training program. I make sure that you have all the accountability, education, support, and guidance you need to achieve your health and fitness goals.

STEP 3

Train!

You’re good to go now! But no worries… I will support you and motivate you through your journey and I will adjust the program every 2 weeks based on your progress. I will check whether the intensity is right or if you’re facing any struggles.

STEP 4

Constant support throughout the program

Even when you got the introduction to the program and you feel comfortable to go, you will get consistent support from my side. We will catch up every 2 weeks through 1:1 calls, you will have text access with me for quick support as needed and lifetime access to my community to connect with women on the same journey as you.
