I’m Sandi
Well I could tell you my whole life story. How I made it to the Olympics, how many hours I trained a day, the crazy diets I followed, all the medals I won. Do you think I was healthy, happy and got the acceptance I wanted? Not even close.
I realized that real happiness comes from within
That’s why I want to take you on the journey where we discover well-being instead of being skinny. Self-love instead of waiting to be accepted from others and where we work together on the best version of yourself for yourself.
